The Playground Committee is coordinating the development of two new playspaces in the Hāwea district.

Committee Objective

The Playground Committee is a sub-committee of Hāwea Community Association, coordinating the development of two exciting new playspaces in the Hāwea district - Sentinel Park Reserve in Lake Hāwea and Long Grass Place Reserve in Hāwea Flat. The committee is working alongside the Parks & Reserves team from QLDC and the wider community, with the projects in early planning stages.
