Packages of care can include joint adjustment techniques, cranial techniques, bach flower remedies, primitive reflex assessments, pregnancy, baby & infant appropriate techniques, soft tissue techniques and tapeing.

Care is provided for all ages, in all walks of life. As well as advice about self-help, exercise, diet and lifestyle, Janie can provide support for pain management, sports injuries and active rehabilitation.
